7. USING ADDITIONAL TOOLS

h To navigate in Calendar menu, use the

Note:
ƒ Day marked by blue square is today's date.
ƒ Day(s) marked by orange triangle is a day(s) with existing event.
 A dd a new event of a day. You will be able to set
the subject, event date, event time and select an
alarm / reminder type.
 C heck the schedules of the selected day. To do
that, you need to use
move in the calendar to select a day first (the
selected day is highlighted in green).
 Access all schedules displayed on scroll-down
list.
 C lear all tasks of current day.
 Delete all schedules of all days.
 G o to a wanted date in the calendar. To move
the cursor, press M1/M2 key. To insert date/
month/year numbers in order, use the numeric
keypad to input directly or press
select the date/month/year numbers. Finally
press the press left
 D isplay selected week's schedule.
 D isplay selected day's schedule. Press the right
