8. USING ADDITIONAL TOOLS

Tool Name Description
To navigate in Calendar menu, press direction keys (up/down/left/right).
h When in Calendar menu, press Left Soft key to see available options:
ƒ View
Calendar
ƒ View all
ƒ Add event
ƒ Delete event
ƒ Jump to date
ƒ Go to today
ƒ Go to weekly view
ƒ Start of week
This feature helps to organise documents (pictures, songs and other
files) on phone and/or memory card.
Available options:
ƒ Open
File
manager
ƒ Format
ƒ Details
Note:
ƒ Day marked by orange square is today's date.
ƒ Day(s) marked by paper sheet is a day(s) with existing
event.
 Access all events categorised day by day.
 Access all events displayed on scroll-
down list.
 Add a new event(s).
 Delete events either by overdue, for
specific period or all.
 Go to a selected day.
 Go to today's calendar view.
 Go to calendar's weekly view.
 Choose whether week should start on
Sunday or Monday.
 Access files saved on phone or memory card. Press
Left Soft key to open a file, create new folder, rename
a file or delete it.
 Format phone or memory card.
 View phone memory or memory card total size and
available capacity.
