Before adjustment, the device must be positioned with the help of the live image
display so the red cross hairs are centred on the picture of the four reflectance fields,
which is at the centre of the "Reflectance calibration field". The device must be
oriented so that the white field is at the top left and the black field is at the bottom
right.

Grey value adjustment is then started by using the "OK" button.
During adjustment, a progress window appears.

The adjustment steps for red and white lighting are
always performed one after the other, and take about 2-
3 minutes to complete.
During adjustment, the correct positioning of the card
can be checked.
Each of the squares must lie fully enclosed by its
respective field, as shown in the figure. The adjustment
is not valid if the squares overlap the field borders.
