Sign out of Your Extension from Another Phone
The password field allows two input methods: alphanumeric and numeric. While you type in the password,
you see the Options softkey on the phone. Use this softkey to change the current password input type. Select
Input all for alphanumeric input and select Input num for numeric entry. Your administrator configures the
password input method on the phone web page.

Press Sign out.

Sign In to a Phone as a Guest

You can sign in to a different phone in your network as a guest.
Procedure
Step 1
Press Sign in.
Step 2
Enter your user ID and password.

With the busy lamp field feature, you can monitor the line status of a coworker or supervisor. This feature is
useful if you routinely handle calls for a colleague and need to see their ability to answer a call.
