Problem
Headphones

Headphones are not
in the pairing mode

connected device

Analog Audio Cable

ln soma cases, performing a reset operartion
may fix the problem. Please refer to "Performing
Factory Reset' on P. 23 for the method to reset
the headphones.
Please try performlng the palrlng operatlon
again alter having deleted the pairing
information from a previously paired device.
Bluetooth communicates using the 2.4GHz band
which might be interefored by other wireless
standards such as WI-FI, etc.
Moreover, the connection is sensitive against
liquid where humidity, rain, or aven the size of
head could cause dlsruptlon to the connectlon.
The specifications of the device to be connected
could cause variation too.
For that reason, reduclng the distance between
devices or switching OFF unused Wi-Fi/Bluetooth
of surrounding devices may improve the
connection.
As the power automatically tumed OFF and the
microphone is disabled once the analog audio
cable Is connected. Please dlsconnect the
analog audio cable.
