Mounting the solar monitor without the wall-mounting box

NOTICE! Damage hazard
Before cutting and drilling any holes, ensure that no electrical cables or other parts of
the vehicle can be damaged by drilling, sawing or filing.
1. Cut a recess of 76 x 82 mm into the wall with a minimum depth of 19 mm.
2. Cover the back of the solar monitor with a non-conductive material (e.g. plastic film or wood
panel).
3. Insert the back of the solar monitor into the recess and screw the front panel of the solar moni-
tor to the wall using the tapping screws ISO 7050.

Calibrating the maximum solar power input
When using the solar monitor for the first time or when replacing the solar system, the maximum
solar power input must be calibrated.

• Ensure that the solar panels are exposed to optimal sunlight.
• Ensure that the house battery is not fully charged, otherwise the solar charger will
reduce the charging power.
