Hartman CAPRI 60829062 Assembly Instructions

PLEASE KEEP ME WITH YOUR PROOF OF PURCHASE FOR FUTURE REFERENCE.

ATTENTION:

1. Please read these instructions carefully before assembly
2. Aluminium is soft metal and over tightening may strip thread or break the part
3. DO NOT use power tools however you will require a 14mm spanner to assemble product.
4. Please allow 30 minutes for assembly.
5. Although assembly only requires 1 person it is advised that a second person be present to help turn the lounger over and into position
when fully assembled.

ASSEMBLY STEPS:

1. Place the bed (A) Section on a soft surface, then loosely attach the left arm (C) to the bed section with bolts (H), big flat washers (I)and
big lock washers (J)
2. LOOSELY attach the adjuster bar (G) to the left arm (C) with bolts (K).DO NOT TIGHTEN THE NUTS AT THIS STAGE
3. LOOSELY attach the axle (E) into the left arm, assemble the wheel (F) onto the axle, tighten with the small flat washers (N), small lock
washers (O) and bolts (M) with the allen key (P)DO NOT TIGHTEN THE NUTS AT THIS STAGE
4. Slot the backrest (B) into the left arm
5. Attach the right arm (D) to the bed section in the same way.
6. Tighten all the bolts and nuts with the 14mm spanner one by one being careful not to over tighten any, as this will cause the thread to
become damaged.
7. Screw in the adjustable feet (Q) into the bottom of the legs.
8. Place PVC covers (L) over bolts (K).
9. Turn lounger over and use the adjuster feet (Q) to level the lounger.
