    8 SDI/ASI or 6 HD-SDI plus Ethernet Fiber Transceiver STATUS INDICATORS AND DISPLAYS The 7708VB-8-HSE has 8 LED Status indicators and a 4 digit alphanumeric display on the front card edge to show operational status of the card at a glance. The card edge shaft-encoder/pushbutton is used to select various displays on the alphanumeric display.

    7708VB-8-HSESeries User Manual 8 SDI/ASI or 6 HD-SDI plus Ethernet Fiber Transceiver UPGRADE PROCEDURE Ensure that the 7708VB-8 is running the latest firmware, to check this simply right click on the cards address in VLPro Client and select Version Information.     Figure 7-2: Product Firmware Version To upgrade the firmware, locate the latest .jar files which can be found on the Evertz website. Open VLPro Client and navigate to the top tool bar. Locate the Help drop down menu and select Apply Update.
