Connect the CMA mounting brackets to the rail.
Step 1 Connect the inner mounting bracket on the CMA to the inner mounting
bracket on the rear of the rail.
Step 2 Connect the outer mounting bracket on the CMA to the outer mounting
bracket on the rear of the rail.
