17.6 Removing the door panes
WARNING ‒ Risk of injury!
Scratched glass in the appliance door may develop
into a crack.
Do not use any harsh or abrasive cleaners or sharp

metal scrapers to clean the glass on the oven door,
as they may scratch the surface.
Components inside the appliance door may have sharp
edges.
Wear protective gloves.

Place a folded-up tea towel in the appliance door.

Undo and remove the screws on the left and right of

the appliance door.
Pull the door pane up to remove it.

Set the door pane down on a level surface with the

door handle facing down.

Hold the intermediate pane firmly with one hand and

push the two retainers at the top of the intermediate
pane upwards.
Remove the intermediate pane.

17.7 Cleaning the door panes
Clean the door panes with glass cleaner and a soft

cloth.
17.8 Fitting the door panes
ATTENTION!
If the appliance is operated without the door panes be-
ing fitted properly, the front of the appliance will get
very hot. The panes may shatter.
Do not use the cooking compartment again until the

panes have been correctly fitted.
Make sure that the arrow on the intermediate pane

is at the top right of the pane and that it matches
the arrow on the metal panel.
Insert the bottom of the intermediate pane into the

retainer at the bottom.
Press down on the top of the intermediate glass

pane.
Push the two retainers downwards.
