Possible Solution
1. Use upright power on the vacuum shoulder.
1. Ensure adapter fits into body and hand vacuum fits into
adapter. You should hear an audible "click".
1. Hand Vacuum should be removed from adapter.
2. Remove and empty dirt cup.
3. Check for clogs:
-nozzle inlet
-dirt cup flapper
4. Rinse filter & let dry 24hrs.
