TROUBLESHOOTING

If you have any problem with your robot, follow this simple check list before calling the Hoover
Customer Service Centre.
• Robot doesn't work when it is switched on

Robot doesn't automatically recharge
Make sure there are no barriers between the robot and the charger base, and no objects in the area
around the charger base for 2 meters in front and 1 meter to each side.

Robot is trapped
Robot will attempt to free itself but in some cases, assist the robot manually.
•
Robot is very noisy whild cleaning
Clean the dust container and filter, clean and check the agitator and drive wheels.

Cleaning power is weak.
Clean the dust container and filter, clean and check the agitator and drive wheels.

Dust collection station doesn't work
Check if the dust bag and filter are inserted correctly.
Check if the dust bag is full. If yes, replace with a new dust bag.
