Attach Front Shock - Joyner Dirt Devil 250 2004 Owner's Manual And Parts Manual

The front shock in packing situation is as below picture about.
1- Remove pin, nut, adjusted cushion from the
bolt on the tie rod.
2- Insert the bolt on the tie rod into the hole on
the front wheel axle.
3- Tighten the nut, insert the pin, then lock the
pin.
4- Put the upper hole of the front shock into
the groove on the frame.
5- Insert the bolt though the hole on the
groove and the hole on the front shock.
(Notice; one cushion on one side
of hole on the front shock.)
6- Tighten the nut.
