• When cooking is finished, an alarm will sound for approximately 7
minutes and the automatic bake icon will begin to flash again.
Place the control and thermostat buttons in the off position.
Press Button 1, 2 or 3 to stop the alarm and switch to manual
operation.
Lock function
When the oven is not inuse, press Button 3 for 3 seconds to activate
/ deactivate the oven lock / key. If you activate the key lock while a
baking program is active, only the keys will be locked. If you activate
the key lock when in manual mode, the keys will be locked and the
oven will be deactivated.

7. COOLING FAN OPERATION

The ventilation system that prevents the outer surface of the built-in
oven from getting overheated and damaging its circumference is
ensured through the cooling fan. This fan creates an airflow that
ensures that the hot air is discharged through the grills (ventilation
holes). Moreover, it creates an air curtain between the control panel
and the door to prevent these two parts and the components on
them from overheating. The air circulation by the cooling fan
prevents condensation resulting from heat and humidity for
electrical and mechanical components, as well as ensuring that they
are safe and durable. (See. Figure 11)
Operating principle of the cooling fan may vary depending on the
product model. Your product has one of the following operating
principles.
• When the oven is on, the fan starts to operate automatically.
When the oven is off, it is automatically deactivated.
• In some models, the fan is activated and deactivated together
with the thermostat in the oven. In this case, since the cooling fan
operates according to the temperature, it works for a while even
if the oven is switched off and then deactivated automatically.
