- Page 3 まえがき このたびは、 理研の手動ポンプをお買いあげいただき、 誠にありがとうございます。 この取扱説明書は、 本機の取扱方法、注意事項や故障対策などについて説明してあります。初めてお使いいただく方はもち ろんのこと、すでにご使用になられた経験をお持ちの方でも、この説明書をよくお読みになり、内容を 十分理解された上で、この説明書を常に手元に置いて本機をご使用ください。 安全に関するご注意 本機を安全にご使用いただくには、正しい操作と定期的な点検が不可欠です。 この取扱説明書に示されている安全に関する注意事項をよくお読みになり、十分に理解されるまでは 本機の操作を行わないでください。 この説明書では、お守りいただかないと人身事故につながるおそれのある警告事項は また、本機の破損や故障につながるおそれのある注意事項は という見だしのもとに掲げ ております。 作動油が飛散したとき、重大な被害の生じるおそれのある場所では使用できません。 特に、火 気の近くでは使用しないでください。 本機を改造してはいけません。理研の推奨していない改造は、安全上問題となることがありま す。改造する場合は、事前に当社にご相談ください。 許可の無い改造には、当社は責任を負い かねます。 空気弁を閉じたまま使用されますと、作動油が戻る時に油タンク内部の圧力が上昇し、油タン クが破損し人身事故につながるおそれがあります。 規定量以上の作動油を油タンクに戻すと内部圧力が上昇し、油タンクが破損し人身事故につな がるおそれがあります。 本機の最高使用圧力は７０ＭＰａです。安全装置としての高圧安全弁は、出荷時７３ＭＰａに 調整してありますので絶対にこれ以上に調整しないで下さい。 最高使用圧力７０ＭＰａ未満の油圧機器にご使用の際は、高圧安全弁を使用される圧力に下げ てご使用ください。下げないと機器が破損します。 シリンダを用いての重量物のジャッキダウンやワイヤの緊張解除などの際に、急激にポンプの 圧力を抜きますと、荷が落下したり、はねたりして、人身事故につながるおそれがあります。 このような使用の場合には、バルブなどが必要になりますので、事前に当社までご連絡くださ い。 シリンダは、必ず仕様出力以内でご使用ください。規定圧力以上に内圧が上がりますと、シリ ンダやホースが破損し事故を起こすおそれがあります。 シリンダの許容偏荷重は、最大出力の２．５％です。それ以上の偏荷重がかかりますとピスト ンが曲がったり、シリンダが転倒したりしてシリンダが破損するおそれがあります。 (10) 加圧時は絶対に高圧ホースを手で握らないでください。手で握った状態で高圧ホースが破損す ると高圧の作動油が瞬時に噴き出し、手に穴があくほどのけがをするおそれがあります。...
- Page 4 (13) 作動油が目に入った場合は、清浄な水で最低１５分間洗浄した後、医師の手当を受けてくださ い。また皮膚に付着した場合は、水と石けんで洗ってください。 (14) 高圧ホースは消耗部品です。外観上は何ら異常が認められない状態であっても、内部に傷やピ ンホールなどが発生しているかもしれません。寿命までに達しなくても使用状況などを考慮し て定期的に交換してください。何か疑問がありましたら、当社までご連絡ください。 低圧安全弁は絶対に調節しないでください。 ピストンをストロークエンドで突き上げての使用は避けてください。 ＲＯＣタイプとＶＣタイプは、Ｓ－＊タイプとは構造が異なり、１２ページ b)の作業を行って はいけません。無理に押したりたたいたりすると、カップラが破損し、作動油が流れなくなり ます。 作動油は、一般作動油のＩＳＯ ＶＧ３２ (理研パワーオイル、又は同等品）をお使いくださ い。リン酸エステル、水－グリコール、ｗ/ｏエマルジョン系作動油は使用できません。パッキ ンの劣化及び機器の腐食などにより、本機が故障します。ご使用の場合には、当社にご連絡く ださい。 廃棄される廃油（作動油）は「産業廃棄物」に該当しますので、自治体の許可を得ている産業 廃棄物収集業者、または産業廃棄物処理業者に委託して廃棄してください。...

Consult the local regulatory agencies and dispose of the oil through a licensed industrial waste collection agency or industrial waste processing agency.

- Page 14 ② 高圧ホース High Pressure Hoses 理研製品の７０ＭＰａ用高圧ホースをご使用ください。 高圧ホースには、ゴムホースとナイロンホースの 2 種類があります。 Only use RIKEN’s genuine high pressure hose designed for a working pressure of 70MPa, the rubber hose type and the nylon hose type are available. a) 規定された最小曲げ半径以上でお使いください。また、高圧ホースに動きがある場合も、常に最 小曲げ半径以上を保つように取り付けてください。 Use a hose with equal to or greater the rated minimum curve radius (R). Also, install the hose so that the rated minimum curve radius is maintained even when internal pressure causes the hose to move.

- Page 16 b) 機器の接続用にＲＯＣ－１３シリーズのワンタッチカップラを使用する場合には、 ＲＯＣ－１ ３Ｈカップラのリング凹部とノッチの位置を合わせ、 リングを引き込んだ状態でＲＯＣ－１３ Ｒカップラに突き当たるまで挿入し、リングを離してください。カップラは自動ロックの上、 接続されます。 その後、 リングを回し、 ノッチの位置とリング凹部を動かし接続は完了します。 なお、確実に接続されているかＲＯＣ－１３Ｈカップラを手前に引っ張り、抜けないことを確 認してください。 When using the ROC-13 Series one-touch coupler, align the ring groove area of the ROC-13H and with the position of the notch. - Page 19 ⑤ レバーの作動 To operate lever レバー握り部を手で持ち、レバーを上下に作動させます。空気と油が出始めます。出てきた油に 空気の気泡が無くなればエアー抜きの完了です。 Hold the lever grip, and operate the lever up and down. Oil and air will flow out. Repeat this procedure until flow of air bubble is finished. ※ 基本的には、シリンダを取り付ける前に高圧ホースのエアー抜きを行います。もし、手動ポンプ と高圧ホース、シリンダが接続されたままでエアー抜きをする場合は、シリンダのピストンを全 ストローク出し、シリンダを逆さまにして、操作ハンドルを左に回して開いてください。空気か ら先に抜けていきます。 To release air from the pump connected the hose or the cylinder, invert the cylinder that fully extended and turn the operation valve counter-clockwise in order to open the valve.

6. 保守点検 Maintenance 日常の保守点検を怠りますと故障の原因となります。 Dairy maintenance is required for safety. (1) 作動油の点検 Maintenance of hydraulic working oil 油量は規定量入っていますか？ Is the oil filled following to required volume? ※ 規定量より少ないと、シリンダのピストンが途中から伸びなくなったり加圧できなくなったりし ます。 If oil volume is not enough, the cylinder piston will not be extended fully, and the pressure will not rise. - Page 21 Use ISO VG32 hydraulic working oil only. Phosphate ester, water-glycol and w/o emersion oil should not be used. The packing seal occurs to deteriorate and the equipment will be failure. Consult RIKEN or RIKEN's authorized agents if use of these oils required.
- Page 22 ※ 管用テーパねじ部にゆるみによる油漏れがある場合は、一旦外してテープシールを巻き直し所定 のトルクで再度締め付けてください。それでも油漏れが止まらない時は新品と交換してください。 Tighten the taper screw parts connecting pipe with appropriate torque again, if oil leakage occurs there. Change to new hose if oil leakage still occurs after tightening that up. ※ 高圧ホースの口金や外周よりの油漏れ、または外周にへこみ、傷や膨らみがある場合は、直ちに 新品と交換してください。 Be sure to change new appropriate hose immediately if the malfunction such as below occurs---Oil leakage occurs around the port cap or on the external surface, Dent occurs on the external surface, or any damage/swelling is found.
