How to keep live view on longer
The Reolink Argus 2 is designed for event-based recording and live streaming only when needed to conserve battery life. To extend the live view duration, you can:
1. Connect to a Power Source – Use a high-quality 5V charger to keep the camera powered continuously.
2. Optimize Motion Detection – Adjust the PIR motion sensor settings to trigger recordings efficiently.
3. Use Reolink Cloud or Local Storage – Store recordings instead of relying on continuous live streaming.
4. Adjust Streaming Settings – Lower video resolution or frame rate to reduce power consumption.
5. Minimize Unnecessary Live Viewing – Only access live view when required to extend battery life.
These steps help maintain longer live streaming while managing battery usage.
