Cleaning the milk container and connection milk tube
Note: it is important to do this daily to ensure the automatic milk dispensing system
works properly.
1. Empty the milk container and wash it with clean water,remove the connection ruber
and milk tube container and wash with clean water, then assemble them to the lid
again.
2. Clean both ends of milk connection milk tube with fresh water. Use needle or bristle
of brush to make sure the holes on the milk tube connector are clean (refer to figure
below picture).
3. Fill the milk container with fresh water and connect to the espresso maker with
container milk tube.
4. Press the manual clean button. The water in the milk container will clean the interior
of the connection tube. To stop cleaning, press the Manual clean button again.
Turning Off the espresso maker
Switch off the appliance by pressing the power on/off button.
Auto-Shut off
The Appliance is equipped with auto-shut off. Depending on the mode you have selected the
appliance will have different auto-shut off timing (Refer the "MODE SELECTION" section).
FURTHER SETTING
ADJUSTING THE QUANTITY OF YOUR COFFEE/ MILK FOAM/HOT WATER
The machine can memorize your desired volume of coffee, milk foam and hot water.
Follow the below steps to personalize your drinks:
1. Place a cup under the spout.
2. Turn the espresso maker on so that all buttons light up.
3. Press the button for the function of your choice.
4. Wait until frothed milk starts to dispense. Press and hold the same button for the
function of your choice until it reaches your desired volume. When milk froth stops
dispensing, you will hear two beep sounds and the volume is now stored.
5. If you want to store a desired volume of coffee, wait until coffee starts brewing. Press
and hold the same button for the function of your choice until it reaches your desired
volume. When coffee stops brewing, you will hear two beep sounds and the volume
is now stored.
6. If espresso maker dispenses water, touch and hold the button to continue and
release the button when water reaches your desired volume. Water stops with two
beep sounds and the volume is now stored.
7. Now, every time the programmed function is pressed, the espresso maker will brew
the same amount set.
RECOMMENDATION: When personalizing volumes for latte and cappuccino
functions, make sure to save the frothed milk first and the coffee second by following
the steps above. You will have to save both settings -- milk and coffee.
The espresso maker is able to save only one volume of coffee and milk for each
espresso, lungo, cappuccino and latte.
