If the package has suffered rough handling, bumps or damage (visible or concealed), please note it on the bill of lading before accepting the delivery and contact Omcan within 24 hours, so we may initiate a claim with the carrier. A detailed report on the extent of the damage caused to the machine must be filled out within three days, from the delivery date shown in the shipping documents. -

Operation Note: It may be necessary to top up the water in your container if cooking for extended periods of time, due to water evaporating from the container. The circulator should be paused using the Start/ Stop button, to pause the motor. Top up the water, then restart the appliance with the same button. If the appliance is not paused and error message E04 will show. - Page 9 Maintenance impeller should not be necessary for general day use.
