Disassembling the Internal Assembly

Installing the cassette joint
With the brake arm facing downward, pinch the flat portion of the axle with a vise, and secure the internal
assembly in place.
1.
Set the cassette joint.
(1) Turn the cassette joint pulley in the direction
of the arrow to align the red
pulley and the bracket.
(2) Install it with the red
joint aligned with the red
right side of the hub body.
2.
When installing the cassette joint
mounting ring, align the yellow
mark with the yellow
the pulley of the cassette joint.
3.
Turn the cassette joint mounting
ring 45° clockwise.
Hold down the bracket securely when performing
work.
