2 Safety 2.1 Intended Use The sonnenBatterie Evo is a battery storage system which can be used to store electrical energy. Improper use of this system poses a risk of death or injury to the user or third parties as well as damage to the product and other items of value. The storage system is connected to the grid via the main distribution board. The sonnenBatterie Evo can work with existing or newly installed PV systems. The PV array does not connect to the storage system directly. The storage system uses a power meter and current transforms to monitor PV power generation and energy consumption in the building. -
