    BEFORE FIRST USE Placement and mounting Before using the projector, select an appropriate area that has reduced brightness to allow for the best viewing results. If the projector will be mounted to the ceiling, this projector supports most universal wall mounts (sold separately).

    OPERATION 1. Connect the power cord as shown below and turn on the power socket. The indicator light will turn red, meaning the projector has entered standby. 2. Remove the lens cover and press the power button on the control panel or remote control to turn on the projector.
  • Page 11 4. Keep the projector straight and level with the projected screen. Adjust the projector for trapezoid correction. The projected screen should result in a rectangle. Incorrect Correct Incorrect If moving the projector still results in a trapezoid projection, try performing keystone adjustment.
  • Page 12 Focus The initial projection may be blurry and out of focus. Scroll the manual focus dial on the projector until the projection becomes clear. Note: It is normal if the centre of the projection is sharp and has slightly blurred edges. Multimedia connection This projector is capable of connecting to various forms of multimedia.
