Hi after five days of a concurrent blackout we have finally used our reserves in battery power (a steady green light on the inverter). Now we have lots of sun and battery cells are exhausted but solar is not charging and inverter is flashing Magenta light, do I need to reboot the system to charge the batteries again.

If the Qcells H Series inverter is flashing a magenta light, it is in standby mode in offline mode. After a blackout, if it is not charging the batteries, check the following:

1. Ensure PV and battery connections are correct and secure.
2. Confirm that PV input 1 and PV input 2 are each connected to separate PV strings.
3. Verify that the inverter has exited blackout conditions and is ready to resume charging.
4. Wait up to 5 minutes after reconnecting the battery or PV before touching cables or operating.

If the issue persists, further inspection by qualified personnel may be required.
