    DESCRIPTION 6 DESCRIPTION The depth loosener DG 3N, DG 5 N, DG 7 N is structurally solved as carried. The machine is equipped with TPS 3 suspension. The Depth Loosener consists of a frame with frogs and delta shares in one row. Each frog is individually protected by a hydraulic cylinder (or by a tube with a shear screw) on the pin.

    DESCRIPTION 6.2 Purpose of in-depth soil loosening • In-depth soil loosening is a soil-improving intervention that mechanically scarifies compacted layer of soil. Depth looseners can also be used in soil-protection cultivating systems where the soil is in-depth loosened with a minimum surface failure. This can be effectively used with deep soils in more arid areas where there is a danger of wind erosion.

    MACHINE ASSEMBLY AT THE CUSTOMER 7 MACHINE ASSEMBLY AT THE CUSTOMER • The operator must perform the assembly according to the instructions of the producer, best in cooperation with the expert servicing technician determined by the producer. • The operator must secure a functional test of all assembled parts after the completion of the machine assembly.

    COMMISSIONING 8.1 Agregation to a tractor • The machine can be connected only to a tractor, whose curb weight is identical or higher than the overall weight of the connected machine. • The machine operator must observe all generally valid regulations of work safety, health protection, fire safety, and environmental protection.

    COMMISSIONING 8.2 Hydraulics connection • The machine can be aggregated (coupled) with the tractors provided with at least one hydraulic circuit with stable pressure at the outlet (the circuit control lever is arrested in the working position). • Pressure in the hydraulic circuit should be at least 120 bar. The tractor must also be provided with an outlet enabling oil to flow off freely directly into the tank (this outlet must not be connected via the distributor).

    ENVIROMENTAL PROTECTION 14 ENVIROMENTAL PROTECTION • Check the tightness of the hydraulic system regularly. • Replace or repair hydraulic tubes or other parts of the hydraulic system showing signs of damage, before oil starts to leak. • Check the condition of hydraulic tubes and execute their timely replacement. The usable life of hydraulic tubes also includes the storage time.

    MACHINE DISPOSAL AFTER SERVICE LIFE EXPIRY 15 MACHINE DISPOSAL AFTER SERVICE LIFE EXPIRY • The operator must secure during machine disposal that steel parts and parts, in which hydraulic oil or lubricating grease moves are differentiated. • Steel parts must be cut by the operator while observing safety regulations and handed over to the secondary raw material collection point.
