1 應用範圍 裕祥集中潤滑給油裝置乃爲滾珠軸承、滑動軸承、平面滑軌、圓形滑軌、 線性滑軌、凸輪、齒輪、鏈條…等機構而設計的。 裕祥集中潤滑給油裝置適用於各式工作母機，如車床、銑床、壓床、刨床、 磨床…等，它可以同時對不同機器的潤滑點作潤滑。 YET-R 機型潤滑油黏度介於 30 ~ 250 cSt，並請選用新的油料。 YET-R1 最大出油量為每分鐘 200 ml。 YET-R2 最大出油量為每分鐘 150 ml。 YET-R1 的設定壓力為 7 kgf/cm ， YET-R2 的設定壓力為 15 kgf/cm 。 為保 護週邊設備，設有釋壓閥來固定潤滑時的壓力。YET-R2 可以使用容積式分配 器，配合脫壓裝置 , 在間歇時間舒解油管內的油壓。 爲了在油不足時能使被潤滑的機器得到保護，YET-R 注油機可與機械的控 制系統連接將機器停止。此外，YET-R 裝有警報器，可在油位到達下限前發出 信號通知操作人員。亦可將注油機和電腦或應用系統聯機以加強警報功能。... -

2-4 安裝 2-4.1 安裝注油機 安裝時 (見圖二) 用兩支螺絲 (1)將上蓋(2)的固定孔鎖在機器上的 螺孔(3)，機器上兩孔相距（2L 爲 172~180mm， 3L 爲 190~205 mm， 4L 爲 230~250 mm） 。 裝設高度應高於地 面 0.6 ~ 1.7 公尺。 (圖二) 2-4.2 加入油料 掀開加油口蓋(圖三)，並注入乾 淨未使用過的潤滑油(黏度值 30 ~ 250 cSt)到油箱內， 直到油箱的高油位 刻度線，然後蓋上加油口蓋。 注意！若使用油料的黏度高於 250 cSt 注油機可能會燒毀。 (圖三) 2-4.3 油管接法... -

2-4.4 安裝電源和警報器 (圖五) (圖六) (圖七) (圖九) (圖八) 鬆開電子箱頂蓋的螺絲並取下頂蓋(參考圖五)，裏面有電源和警報器的接點。 將電子箱外殼左側之電纜固定頭螺帽旋鬆取下(參考圖六)， 把電線串起電纜固定頭 螺帽，再穿過電纜固定頭(參考圖七)。 現在，將電源和警報器的接線接上(參考圖八)，首先連接地線①，鬆開接地符 號的螺絲，將地線確實接上並旋緊；再將電源線正負端分別接在 POWER②③的螺 絲座內並確實旋緊，電子箱內之電線調整到適當長度後，將電纜固定頭螺帽與電 纜固定頭鎖緊(參考圖九)，以免電線被拉出造成斷路，接線完成。 將電子箱頂蓋裝回後並輸入電源，若接線正確，在控制面板上的潤滑指示燈會 亮起 (圖十)，同時注油機以開機潤滑開始運轉。 當油面高度接近最低油位時注油機會發出警報訊號，並且注油機將會停止運 轉。本注油機內含的缺油異常出力端子，可視需要接至 CNC 的異常輸入或外接大 型警報裝置。本注油機缺油異常出力端子的電氣規格 0~250AC、0~250VDC，電流 3A。 7 - 23... -

3 使用說明 3-1 顯示與控制面板 潤滑時間設定旋鈕 異常指示燈(紅色) 間歇時間設定旋鈕 間歇指示燈(綠色) FEED 鍵 潤滑指示燈(橙色) (圖十) 3-2 潤滑時間 在潤滑時橙色指示燈會亮 (圖十)， YET-R 機型則可以潤滑時間旋鈕來設定潤滑 時間，設定的時間範圍可由 2 秒到 180 秒，YET-R 的潤滑時間旋鈕歸零時，最短的 潤滑時間為 2 秒。 3-3 間歇時間 有兩種啟動模式：開機潤滑和開機間歇。 開機潤滑是以潤滑模式啟動，亦即在注油機一接上電源啟動時即先對各個 潤滑點進行一次供油潤滑，然後再依設定好的時間值運作。因爲油在機器上太 久沒運轉可能會蒸發或流失掉，開機潤滑模式可以避免因上述情形而造成傷 害。 開機間歇模式則是一接上電源就進入間歇模式。本公司注油機以開機潤滑 模式設定出廠 (除非客戶指定) 。 YET-R 的間歇時間可由 1 分鐘到 180 分鐘。 YET-R 注油機間歇時間歸零爲 30 秒，轉動間歇時間設定旋鈕(圖十)在間歇指示燈(綠燈)會亮。... -

3-4 強制潤滑 任何時間按住 FEED 鍵，馬上強制潤滑動作(圖十.)，潤滑指示燈亮起。 3-5 補充油料 油料的填裝量必須大約在油箱的高、 低油位刻度線之间， ； 如果油料不足， 注油機會停止作動並送出一個警報信號，此時請加入油料 (參見 2-4.2)。 注意! 切勿使用已用過或有雜質的潤滑油。 4 保養 裕祥集中潤滑給油裝置的保養十分容易， 爲維護裝置請定期清理油箱。 若油 箱底部或濾油網發現雜質，請將注油機停止並將油箱四個角落的螺絲拆下，使 油箱與注油機其他部份分離，油箱清理後將油箱裝回並鎖緊。 9 - 23... -

- Page 13 It is fit to control different lubricating points at the same time against different machines. YET-R series are suitable for using lubricant with a viscosity range at 30 to 250 cSt during it is running. Only new lubricant shall be used.

- Page 17 2-4 Installation 2-4.1 Positioning and mounting The lubrication unit is attached to the intended mounting location using appropriate fastening materials (1).The mounting dimensions of fixing holes for 2L are measured between 172 to 180mm ; 3L between 190 to 205mm ; 4L between 230 to 250mm.
