編織鋼絲軟管旋入直接頭上,旋緊即可。(如圖二) 4.2 快插接頭的使用 插入快插接頭時,如(圖三)按壓快插接頭外套,鬆開複位即可 按此箭頭方向按壓可鬆開鋼制接頭 圖三 與快插接頭相匹配的鋼制接頭外形圖如下: 4.3 使用、操作方法 ○ 1 該泵適宜插入容量 15KG 的桶裝塑料或金屬油脂桶內。注意應把桶 蓋上開一個∮20 孔將泵插入,防止粉塵及髒物進入油脂桶內。 ○ 2 YGL-L 往復操作手柄,待 管道內充滿油脂排淨管道空氣,油泵連續正 常出油後,將快速接頭插入潤滑泵加油口或油脂過濾器進口,進行加 油. ○ 3 操作時嚴禁加長手柄提高工作壓力,避免加油泵部件損壞. ○ 4 外編織鋼絲軟管、 高壓橡膠管在使用操作過程中不允許强力彎曲及 著地拖拉、重物壓碾，以免影響使用壽命。 6 / 17... -

發現加油困難或無法加油,請按如下原因檢查及排除. 故障 造成原因 排除方法 添加油脂、幷排除 油桶內無油脂、加油泵進入空氣 空氣 YGL-L 吸油單向閥、出油單向閥不密封有髒 排除髒物或清洗單 不出油 物卡住， 無法形成真空吸力 （見圖二） 向閥部件 泵內活塞上 O 型密封圈磨損或損壞 更換 O 型圈密封圈 （見圖二） 規格：11×2.６ YGL-L 有 潤滑泵加油口有髒物阻塞 檢查:清除髒物 壓 力 , 但 無 檢查:清洗濾芯或更 法加入潤滑 潤滑泵加油口前端過濾器髒物阻塞 換 泵儲油筒內 7 / 17... -

- Page 13 Reciprocating operation of the handle, wait until the inner pipeline of the YGL-L is full of grease and finish to drain the pipe air then insert the quick connector into the oil filler of the lubricating pump or into the grease filter inlet, to proceed the refuel.
