Connecting the DC cable to the DC switch
NOTE: For installation of the DC cables, use a torque wrench as well as the in-
cluded open-ended wrench for counter-resistance.
1 Pre-fit DC cable pair with the pre-installed screw and counternut onto the DC+
and DC busbar of the DC switch.
2 Option for 2 cable pairs: Insert spacer sleeve between 2 DC cables and pre-as-
semble in pairs with the provided screws and counternuts onto the DC+ and DC
busbar of the DC switch.
3 Slide the DC input plate up onto the housing base and secure. [

4 Secure the screws and counternuts onto the DC+ and DC busbar of the DC
switch. [

5 Tighten the cable screw fitting. [
» The device is connected to the PV generator.

Connecting the DC cable in the device
↻ DC cable is ready in the connection area.
1 Position cable lug on DC- and DC+ wires according to the labelling on the bus-
bars and secure with screw, nut and washer. (Fastening elements included with
the device). [

2 Check that the connected cables are fitted securely.
3 Close the connection area of the device. [See operating instructions for the de-
vices]
» DC breaker is ready to use.

Sealing the connection area
↻ DC cable (& interface cable) are correctly installed.
1 Fit the cover with lever onto the housing and tighten using the 4 screws [

4-5 Nm]
2 Set the DC switch to the "ON" position.
» Inverter is connected to the PV generator. Connect in the mains voltage.
