Output signal

Switch output
The following default switching delay times can be ordered for electronic inserts FEL61,
FEL62, FEL64, FEL64DC, FEL67 and FEL68:
• 0.5 s when the tuning fork is covered and 1.0 s when it is uncovered (factory setting)
• 0.25 s when the tuning fork is covered and 0.25 s when it is uncovered (fastest
configuration)
• 1.5 s when the tuning fork is covered and 1.5 s when it is uncovered
• 5.0 s when the tuning fork is covered and 5.0 s when it is uncovered
COM interface
For connecting to modules VU120 or VU121 (no modifying effect)
Bluetooth® wireless technology (optional)
The device has a Bluetooth® wireless technology interface. Device data and diagnostic data
can be read out using the free "SmartBlue" app.

Ex connection data

separate Ex documentation and are available from the Downloads Area of the
Endress+Hauser-website. The Ex documentation is supplied as standard with all Ex
devices.

Ambient temperature range

Permitted connection voltage exceeded!
For electrical safety reasons, the maximum connection voltage for all electronic inserts
at ambient temperatures below –40 °C (–40 °F) is limited to a maximum of 35 V DC.
–40 to +70 °C (–40 to +158 °F)
Optionally available:
• –50 °C (–58 °F)
• –60 °C (–76 °F)
The minimum permitted ambient temperature of the plastic housing is limited to
–20 °C (–4 °F); ' i ndoor use' applies for North America.
Low-temperature electronic inserts are marked LT.
