about the smell of your food, you can
use a lid or cling film to cover it, but
the food may not be cold enough.
- 5 minutes is the estimated time for
1 lunch box (about 150 g of rice) or
200 g of prepared food. If the amount
of food is larger, it may take longer to
cool down.
- Quick Cooling can be used to
cooling down over 200 ml of formula
milk within 10 minutes.
- After cooling down the formula milk
with Cool Down, it is necessary to
check the temperature of the formula
milk before giving it to the baby.
- For ingredients that need to be
marinated or seasoned such as
meat, fried/grilled fish, soy-marinated
eggs, etc., put the ingredients and
spices into sealed containers/bags.
The seasonings penetrate in the
ingredients during cooling process.
- For raw meat, fish, and shrimp that
can be difficult to slice/cut, when
being placed in quick cooling mode,
the slicing/cutting will be easier.
- Use aluminum or metal cups for jelly
or desserts. With ceramic or porcelain
containers, food may not be cold enough.
- This mode can be used to cool
beverages quickly.
- Cover fresh food and steamed
vegetables with cling film, freezer
bags or cover with tight lids.
- Fried foods (e.g. fried chicken,
fried shrimp/squid, spring rolls,
lumpia,...) should be placed onto
an aluminum tray or wrapped in
aluminum foil, and use
"
