1. Recommandations

Product inspection
Upon receipt of your Conventional Modular Backrest, it is recommended that
an inspection be made to ensure product safety.
 Verify the condition and strength of mounting hooks;
 Verify the condition and strength of bracket anchors;
 Verify the condition and quality of cushion and exterior upholstery.
Safety measures
The installation, and use of the Conventional Modular Backrest, is simple and
safe. However certain safety measures must be applied to ensure the users
safety. The following is limited, and it is the responsibility of the user and his/
her acquaintances to implement these measures:
 All basic brackets must be firmly attached to the backrest plate;
 All four mounting hooks must be used to securely attach the backrest;
 Never install Conventional Modular Backrest on a wheelchair that was not
specifically designed to be used with this type of backrest;
 Store the Conventional Modular Backrest in a safe place to prevent
damage caused by accident;
 Do not remove exterior upholstery.
Maintenance guide
Regular maintenance of the Conventional Modular Backrest is essential to
extend the product life and ensure a secure use. We recommend that an
inspection be made by a certified professional twice a year.
