Create a new account

If you start the application for the first time, you have to create an account.
If you already have an account, please go to the next section.
To create an account, all fields are mandatory.
The name field must contain between 3 and 30 characters.
The field for the email address must contain "@".
The password must contain the following criteria:
• must be of a least 8 characters
• must contain a lowercase, an uppercase, a number and a special character
The first user of the application to create an account must be an administrator.
