    DEFINITION OF APPLICATION Intended use The boards APCI-1648 and APCI-1696 must be inserted in a personal computer (PC) with PCI slots which is used as electrical equipment for measurement, control and laboratory pursuant to the standard DIN EN IEC 61010-1.

    APCI-1648/APCI-1696 Definition of Application General description of the board Data exchange between the APCI-1648/APCI-1696 board and the peripherals is to occur through a shielded cable. This cable must be connected to the 50-pin D-Sub male connector of the board The board has 48 or 96 bidirectional input/output channels for processing TTL signals.
