Product Description The Bestlift® PL600 allows patients up to 600lbs to be lifted and transferred safely with minimal physical effort provided by the operator. That is due to it being a full electric lift. The PL600 can lift the patient with ease from the floor to the bed. The 6 point spreader bar provides added comfort for the patient while moving from any surface.

Page 10 Installation Step 1: Remove base from box. Step 2: Insert the mast to the base bracket, and secure it in place by inserting and tightening the long hex head bolt and nut at the top slot hole on the side of the bracket as following.
Page 11 Step 3: Insert and tighten the other long hex head bolt, nut, and washers to the bottom hole on the side of the bracket to secure the mast. Insert the black plastic cover to the nut after the bolt is tightened. Step 4: Reinsert and tighten the carriage bolt to the front slot hole of the bracket, and the mast should be firmly secured to the base.
Page 12 Step 5: Insert the round plastic cover and the large plastic washer to the boom as follows. Step 6: Install the boom to the mast and align the holes. Then secure it by reinstalling the bolt, washer and nut. Once the screw is tightened insert the plastic cap.

Troubleshooting Guide The following list of encountered problems and solutions will assist you in determining what may be causing your patient lift not to function as designed. If you have a problem, which is not listed below, please contact your dealer or technical support for help. Do not attempt to repair or replace components or parts on your lift as this may void your warranty or cause further problems that may result in patient injury.

Bestcare LLC Single Patient Slings are designed for limited use with one patient and may not be washed. Bestcare will replace any disposable slings found to have a manufacturing defect. Normal wear and tear will not be covered under warranty.
