Please check the following items:
Media
Disc damaged
No disc, or not a movie disc
Disc is dirty
No DVD-operation
Disc wrongly inserted
Parental lock is set
Condensation or damp on laser disc
Turned off
Paused
DVD-player
Silent movie
Pause
No power
ACC power turned off
Headphone
Broken
Volume zero
Turned off
42 Premium ICE
Cause Remedy
Replace the disc
Insert a movie disc
Clean the disc
Check if the car ignition is on. If not solved
contact your nearest authorized retailer
Eject the disc by pressing the Eject button and
reinsert the disc correctly
Cancel the parental lock or change the rating
level
Wait for 1 hour until the condensation or
damp has disappeared
Turn the DVD-player on
Press the Pause button to continue playing the
DVD
Insert a disc with a sound movie
Press the Pause button again to continue
playing the DVD
Turn the ACC power on
Contact your authorized retailer
Turn the volume adjustment control
Turn the headphone on
