8 External Links
If there are any configurations in General Settings > Web Settings >
External Links Setup, the Screen Text will be displayed under
External Links. If the user clicks on it, a new browser window opens
and navigates to the URL defined in the Link Address of General
Settings > Web Settings > External Link Settings.
