TROUBLESHOOTING

Before making a service call, try the following suggested solutions.
Problem
Nothing works
Top burners do not work
The external burner makes
pop like sounds

Check
- If the contact has been
properly wired and polarized
to the power supply.
- A fuse has been burned
in the house or the circuit
breaker tripped.
- If there is gas supply in
your home, check if other
appliances that use gas
work.
-If the stove is well
connected to the gas supply.
-If there is gas in your home,
check if other appliances that
use gas work
-If the burner holes are
blocked
- The burner is not wet, nor
its lid.
- That the stove is connected
to the electric current.
-It is sparkling and does not
turn on
-Cooking hours and selected
temperature.
-Type of gas is used in your
home (LP Gas).
- That the stove is connected
to the electric supply.
-The activation of the knob.

Solution
Connect to a grounded
outlet.
Replace the fuse or
reconnect the circuit
