The range has burners of different capacities and diameters.
To achieve optimum performance of the burners, it is recommended to respect the following:
- Use containers whose base has a diameter similar to those mentioned in the table.
- Use only pots and pans with a flat bottom.
GRIDDLE (some models)
Inside the accessories of your range, you will find the griddle with
Teflon nonstick finish and this can be placed on the central burners
or on any of the side burners. Use the griddle with low flame.

BEFORE USING FOR THE FIRST TIME

• Wash the griddle with soapy water, clean and dry completely,
cover the surface of the griddle with vegetable oil and wipe the excess with a paper towel.
• Do not leave the griddle empty near the burner area.
• Do not preheat the griddle. The coating can be damaged.
• The griddle cannot be used in the oven, grill, or microwave. To reduce splashing of fat,
avoid cooking with excessive fat. Avoid cutting meat on the griddle, it can damage the
coating.
• Avoid the use of metal utensils.
Glass Cover (in some models)
Make sure the burners are off when closing the cover
and never turn on the burners when the hood is down.
Do not place hot containers on the cap.
NOTE: The glass cover may break when
heated. Turn off all burners before closing the
lid.
