Weave the shorter straps through the top and the longer straps
though the bottom of the tank bands, ensuring the buckles are fac-
ing the correct direction. Pull the straps in until the wide webbing is
against the tank bands.
Ensure the metal tank bands are tight. Wrap the crotch strap
around the bottom tank band and pull tight.
Attention: If the SCUBA cylinders hang too low on the body, lower
the tank bands on the tanks and adjust accordingly.
