CORRECTIVE ACTION
• Ensure the unit is plugged into a working
power source. Reset outlet breaker.
Ensure GFCI is capable of handling a 10
Amp load. ( Refer to Wiring Diagram for
access to electric components). Ensure
that all wire connections are firmly
connected and free of moisture.
• Your appliance is equipped with a spare
fuse. Contact Customer Service for step
by step instructions for replacement.
• Turn on the appliance.
• Check for any tripped circuit breakers and
reset the breaker, if needed.
• Check for faulty or tripped GFI (Ground
Fault Interrupter) at the outlet. Reset the
GFI or replace, if needed.
• If breaker or GFI continues to trip, use
a different outlet on a separate breaker
circuit.
• Try another working appliance in the
outlet.
• Replace controller or heating element.
• Fill the hopper with wood pellets.
• Find another outlet on a separate circuit.
• Keep all connections dry and free from
moisture. DO NOT use this appliance in
the rain or when snow is falling.
• Turn the unit off, unplug the unit and check
the cord for damage. Replace, if needed.
• Replace controller .
• Pre-heat for 15-20 minutes. Increase
temperature settings via controller.
• Close the lid.
• Use cord rated for outdoor use at 15
amps.
• Add pellets.
• Remove internal cooking components,
turn the unit on, set the temperature dial to
"SMOKE" and visually inspect the auger
inside the fire pot and inside the pellet
hopper. If the auger does not turn, contact
Customer Service for additional support.
