    ASSEMBLY Assembly requires two persons. Place all parts of the exercise cycle in a cleared area and remove the packing materials. Do not dispose of the packing materials until assembly is completed. In addition to the included tool(s), assembly requires an adjustable wrench and a Phillips screwdriver .
  • Page 6 STEP 1 Fix the Front bottom tube (2) and the Rear bottom tube (3) onto the Main frame (1) with the Allen pan head screw (7) and Curved washer (9) as shown. STEP 2 1. Insert the Handlebar post cover (14) into the Handlebar post (17) and then connect the Connec- tion Wire (15) well with the Sensor wire (12).
  • Page 7 STEP 3 1. Fix the Right swing tube(28R) onto the Handle- bar post(17) with the Bolt(55) and the Flat wash- er(54). Note: First not tight them up. 2. Fix the Right pedal support tube(41R) onto the Crank(10) with the Pedal bolt(43) and the Wave shape washer(44),and then attach the Thin spring washer(50) and the Nylon nut(51).
  • Page 8 STEP 5 1.Fasten the Handlebar(27R/L) with the Bolt(29) the Curved washer(30) and the Cap nut(25) onto the Swing tube(28L/R). 2. Connect the Pulse sensor wire (57) and the Connection wire (15) with the wires of console (19) respectively, and then fasten the console (19) onto the console bracket of the Handlebar post (17) with the Cross pan head screw (21).
