2. Installation
Once you have determined the lateral location of the metal drawer, it can now be installed.
This can be done either upside down when you're assembling your desk (this is easiest) or
retrofitting it when the desk is the right way up (you may need someone to help hold the
drawer in place).
It's imperative that the desk legs are in the fully contracted position (i.e. the desk should be
fully lowered if you're retrofitting to the desk).
You must allow at least a 5mm gap between the back of the drawer and the contracted
(lowered) leg. Warning: Failing to leave a 5mm gap as indicated can lead to interference
during desk lowering that may damage the frame, the metal drawer, or both.
