The month and year of manufacture of this product are indicated in
the serial number, where the first digit of the number corresponds to
the last digit of the year of manufacture, and the second and third
digits indicate the week number. For example, serial number
74512345 means that the product is made at the forty-fifth week of
the year 2017.

IKEA GUARANTEE

Validity period of IKEA guarantee
Guarantee for appliances purchased in
IKEA is valid for five (5) years. The
guarantee becomes valid from the day of
purchase. Appliances named LAGAN or
TILLREDA are an exclusion, in their case two
(2) years of guarantee apply. Please keep
the original sales receipt as proof of
purchase and its date.

TILLREDA and all appliances purchased in

IKEA before the 1st of August 2007 - in this
case two (2) years of guarantee apply.
Who will execute the service?
An IKEA authorized service partner network
will provide the service.
What does this guarantee cover?
The guarantee covers faults of the
appliance, which have been caused by
faulty construction or material faults from
the date of purchase from IKEA. This
guarantee applies to domestic use only. The
exceptions are specified under the headline
"What is not covered under this
