Silencing Alarms

Resetting the System

When you press the Main Menu Button, you are immediately returned to the
Main Menu.
The Alarm Silence function allows you to silence the alarms (audible signals).
To silence the alarms, do the following:
1. At the Active List Screen, press Alarm Silence at the bottom of the screen.
The Alarm Silence Window, (Figure 3-5) is displayed.

2. At the Alarm Silence Window, press Alarm Silence and the Alarms (audible
signals) are silenced. You can also silence the alarms by pressing the
membrane key again.
If you change your mind and decide that you do not want to silence the alarms,
press Cancel and you are returned to the Active List Screen.
The System Reset function allows you to initiate a network wide Fire or Priority
2 System Reset. To perform the reset, do the following:
1.
At the Active List Screen, press System Reset at the bottom of the screen.
The System Reset Window, (Figure 3-6) is displayed.
