Maintenance indication by application software
The following parameters are continuously monitored by the application soft-
ware PFC:

For maintenance and repair work we offer a comprehensive selection of service
tools (e.g. maintenance kit for servo-hydraulic actuators). If required, contact
Bosch Rexroth Service.
The "maintenance kit for servo-hydraulic actuators (SY-SHA)" assumes the task
of refilling the hydraulic fluid taken for samples. It is not intended for carrying
out complete hydraulic fluid changes or for complete bleeding of the servo-
hydraulic actuator. Beachten Sie die Operating instructions " Maintenance kit
for servo-hydraulic actuators SY-SHA), R. 62249-B, see also ⮫ Chapter 1.2
"Required and supplementary documentation" on page 5.
Bosch Rexroth AG
Inspect the servo-hydraulic actuator continuously for abnormalities and
changes. This refers, amongst others, to leakage, changed noise emission,
loose fittings/connections, unusual generation of heat, damage to cables,
etc.
In order to prevent electrostatic charging, remove dust accumulations with
a damp cloth.
An extended visual inspection includes checking the mounting elements and
fittings for tight seat. This must be carried out when the system has been
switched off, depressurized and has cooled down.
