1. From your telephone, press the VMS PU key
2. Voice Mail prompt will ask for your password –
ENTER YOUR EXTENSION NUMBER AND THEN THE POUND SIGN. If for some reason this does not
work, just enter the POUND sign.
3. At this time you may create your own password UP TO 12 DIGITS
4. Enter your new password followed by the POUND sign
5. Voice mail will repeat the password
6. Confirm password by pressing POUND
7. Voice Mail prompt will ask you to say your name for the company directory followed by the POUND
sign
8. SAY ONLY YOUR FIRST AND LAST NAME followed by the POUND sign
9. Listen to your name by pressing 1 (you may erase and re-record by pressing 3)
10. Press POUND to confirm your name
11. At this time voice mail will introduce you to a few basic features of the phone system.
12. After the introduction the prompt will tell you your VOICE MAIL IS FULLY SET UP. You
must now record your personal greeting.
13. Press 4 for personal options
14. Press 1 to record a personal greeting
15. Press 1 again for the primary greeting or 2 for an alternate greeting

Choose directory type:
o
1 = IC (Intercom)
2 = Outside (System Speed Dial)
3 = Feature
o
Enter the first few letters of the name and press #
o
You may scroll using the volume bar to find the correct name
o
Press # to call the number

To forward all calls to another extension or an outside number
Press the FORWARD button and enter the destination number (EXT # or DIAL 8 + TEL #)
To cancel forward
Press FORWARD then

Press the FORWARD button and select a type on the menu. Enter the destination number.
(EXT # or DIAL 8 + TEL #)
To cancel forward
Press FORWARD then select FORWARD OFF from menu
