3 RRU Cables

3.10 AISG Multi-Wire Cable for the RRU

The AISG multi-wire cable is 5 m long. It is connected to the RRU and Remote Control Unit
(RCU) to transfer control signals from the base station to the RET antenna.
The RCU is a driving motor used for the phase shifter in the RET antenna. It receives the control commands
from the base station and executes the commands to drive the step motor, which drives the phase shifter in the
antenna through the gearing to adjust the tilt angle of the antenna.
Exterior
The AISG multi-wire cable has a DB9 waterproof connector at one end and an AISG standard
female connector at the other end, as shown in
