7. CLEANING, MAINTENANCE AND STORAGE.
7.1. Keep safety equipment, air slots and the motor housing contaminated by dust and dirt as
possible.
7.2. Clean the unit with a clean cloth or with compressed air at low pressure.
7.3. We recommend that you clean the unit after each use.
7.4. Periodically check the condition of the air filter, which is made of foam rubber and is
cleaned by washing with water.
7.5. Periodically check the oil level in the generator system.
7.6. The generator must be kept clean and dry place, should be prepared for storage as follows:
- Place the tap of gasoline to "OFF"
- Unscrew and remove the filter cup
- Place the tap to "ON" drain the gasoline from the tank
- Screw the cup back
- Start the engine and let it run until it stops. This will remove the fuel from the carburetor
- Pull the starter handle slowly until you feel the effort. This is the compression point. In this
position the suction and discharge valves are closed, which helps prevent corrosion in the
cylinder.
8. TROUBLESHOOTING.
Damage
The engine can not be started.
Engine starts and runs normally,
but does not send electricity.
The generator has little or no
tension.
9. Environmental protection.
In view of environmental protection electrical appliances, additional accessories and packing must be subject to appropriate
processing for reuse of the compound materials.
According the European Guideline 2012/19//EC for Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment and its implementation
into national right, power tools that are no longer usable must be collected separately and disposed of in an environmentally
correct manner.
Check:
Spark plug
The fuel level
The position of the stopcock
Check the oil level
Switcher of the electrical feed
Reason:
Regulator or capacitor is defective.
Activated overcurrent protection.
A dirty air filter.
