3 or 4.
4. Measure resistance across pin 1 and pin 2 of connector
7a. See figure 22.
— If the multimeter does not indicate about 0.5-1.5 ohms,
then go to the next step.
— If the multimeter indicates about 0.5-1.5 ohms, then go
to step 6.

Motor/Brake Error

Symptoms:
The batteries are fully charged.
All electrical components are connected correctly.
The power turns on, but the LCD screen displays "Motor/Brake Error" (NE or NE+ joysticks) or a brake error (Q-
Logic joystick). See table 1, 2, or 3.
Diagnosis:
There is a problem with one or both brakes and/or the wiring between the motor, brakes, and the power module (9).
Solution:
Use the following procedure to clear the error code:
1. Ensure both freewheel levers are in drive mode. Refer to the freewheel operation label located on the power base.
2. Remove the rear shroud. See figure 5.
3. Disconnect the power module (9) from the rear main frame. See figure 6.
4. Unplug connector 7a from connector 9b. See diagram 3 or 4.
