NO SMART KEY RECOGNITION

If the smart key is not recognised, the vehicle can be
started using the following procedure.
- Open the glove box.
- Hold the smart key against the emergency antenna.
- Press and hold the rotating knob for 2 seconds.
- Turn the rotating knob to ON.
- The vehicle should start.
Possible causes of non-recognition:
- Low battery or incorrectly positioned.
- Radio disturbance.
- Damaged smart key.

Changing the battery.
If the battery is worn out, the lighted surround on the
rotating knob flashes slowly when the ignition is switched
on.
You are advised to change the battery every 2
years.
Battery: CR2032 / 3 Volt.
- Unclip the smart key cover.
- Carefully remove the spent battery.
- Carefully fit the new battery, ensuring it is the right way
round and following the installation instructions.
- Clip the cover on.

If you lose or would like an additional smart key, go to
your approved dealer with the vehicle registration
certificate, your ID card and label with the key codes.

REPLACING OR ADDING A SMART KEY

Up to 4 smart key keys can be registered
in the system.
