Installation

4.1 Mount WiFi adapter

DANGER
High voltages when connecting to the
mains power
Danger to life due to high voltage.
Disconnect from the power supply.

Make sure the unit is disconnected

Installation of the WiFi adapter

The unit to which the WiFi adapter is
to be connected is switched off and
voltage-free.

The electrical compartment is open.
1. Screw the two antennas onto the WiFi
adapter.
2. Pierce the 20 mm wide perforation on
the back of the unit with a suitable
tool. The position of the perforation
may vary depending on the option
used. When all perforated holes have
been used, drill a new hole

3. Attach the cable gland with a diameter
of 20 mm to the broken out position.
Insert the cable with both plugs from
the outside through the unit wall into
the unit.

4. Plug the current limiter module into
the cable of the adapter [
5. Remove the plug on the I/O board A2
and plug it into the current limiter
module [

If necessary, remove the cable tie at
the top left. Plug in the Ethernet cable

7. Carry out the setup of the WiFi ad-
apter (see 4.2 Setting up the WiFi ad-
apter).
8. Roll up the cables outside the unit.
9. Clean the adhesive surface with the
cleaning cloth. Place the WiFi adapter
in the correct position [

screwed at selected positions. We
recommend installation in the
centre on the rear of the base frame
or on the wall.
