Intended use
The product is designed to dispense the contents of Hilti foil packs and cartridges in a controlled operation.
The HDE 500­A12 cordless dispenser is designed exclusively for use with Hilti 330 ml or 500 ml foil packs
and 580 ml cartridges.
The product can be used with either a foil pack holder or a cartridge:
Use only Hilti Li-ion batteries of the B12 series with this product. For optimum performance, Hilti
recommends the batteries stated in the table at the end of these operating instructions for this product.
For these batteries, use only Hilti chargers of the type series stated in the table at the end of these
operating instructions.

Charge state display
The charge state of the Li­ion battery is displayed after pressing one of the release buttons lightly (press only
until slight resistance is felt).

The sound pressure and vibration values given in these instructions were measured in accordance with a
standardized test and can be used to compare one power tool with another. They can also be used for a
preliminary assessment of exposure.
The data given represent the main applications of the power tool. However, if the power tool is used for
different applications, with different accessory tools, or is poorly maintained, the data can vary. This can
significantly increase exposure over the total working period.
